Week 3 Progress Report

Marketing Experiment Platform

A/B Testing infrastructure for comparing AI Voice vs AI SMS vs Human outreach effectiveness

Research PivotFrom Assumption to Validation

Initial Assumption

AI Voice calls are a better solution for customer outreach than traditional methods.

"AI is more efficient, available 24/7, and can handle multiple calls simultaneously."

New Approach

Whether AI is truly better requires rigorous, controlled testing to validate.

"We need data-driven evidence, not assumptions."

The Pivot: Instead of building "AI Call as the solution," I'm building a Research Platform where AI Voice, AI SMS, and Human outreach are all testable nodes. This allows for fair A/B comparison and evidence-based conclusions.

Week 2 RecapFoundation Building

Completed RBAC permission system migration across the entire system

Implemented SaaS multi-tenant architecture with schema isolation

Built E2E test automation framework (Phase 1-5)

Set up AWS deployment infrastructure

Laid the groundwork for experiment platform development

Week 3 ProgressExperiment Platform Design

Completed This Week
Designed and documented the Marketing Experiment Platform specification, including Strategy Library, Experiment Configuration, and Analytics modules.
Key Deliverable
Created interactive Demo prototype showcasing the complete A/B testing workflow for comparing AI Voice, AI SMS, and Human outreach channels.
Technical Spec
Authored comprehensive feature specification with 6 user stories, 20 functional requirements, and detailed data models.

DemoPlatform Capabilities

SStrategy Builder

Create multi-step outreach workflows with AI SMS, AI Voice, Human Tasks, and control nodes (Wait, Condition, Retry)

AAudience Targeting

Tag-based precision targeting with AND/OR/NOT logic, supporting unlimited nesting for complex conditions

EExperiment Setup

Configure A/B test groups with different strategies, set allocation ratios, and allocate participants

RAnalytics Dashboard

Multi-dimensional analysis with reach rate, response rate, conversion rate, ROI, and statistical significance
